Ok please i need more explanation!

This is a message i sent to the support team:

2011-12-07 15:18:57   Hello, i used an ipad, a laptop at home and i used my school computer to go on fusioncash website. Will my cashout be disqualified because i used different devices to acces the website?"

This is their answer to me:

"The verification team will check your account when you submit for cashout. If you do login from a public network, such as a school network, it is in your best interest to only post on the forum and look at your account, and not complete any offers."

So my question is what do they mean by its for my best interest. Because when I am in school with my ipad/laptop i use my school network and i did complete a few offers using my school network. So does that mean they will reject my cashout. :(  i want to be sure whether they will decline my cashout so i wont have to take surveys anymore. I only have one account but only use different networks and devices to log in on fusioncash. Someone help me please with that. Thank you

They could reject them.  Unfortunately you will just have to wait and see.  If you review the terms of service you will see this:

Users must log in and use FusionCash on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a FusionCash account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your FusionCash account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other FusionCash user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.

They have to put some restrictions in place to avoid fraud.  Say you use your school's connection and their happens to be two other people at your school who use the same network and complete offers.  Then it starts to look like one person has three different Fusion Cash accounts.

Anyway, now that you are aware of the rule, just choose one location and only do offers there.

It goes beyond offers.

If you are accessing FC from more than one computer, you must be certain that you are the only person with an FC account using each computer.

If another person uses the public computer (school, library, hot spot, hotel, etc) and they even if they do it to just ACCESS their FC account, both of you will lose your accounts.

TOS is very clear that you may only have one account per ISP, computer, household.  Using a public computer puts you at risk to losing your FC account.
Don't do it for any reason.

The wording in the Support response seems to imply that you can access your FC account from public computer for certain activities (Forum posting, checking acct), but unless the Terms of Service have been changed, I would not use a public computer for any reason.
You can access your FC account from more than one computer -- but in each case, you must be certain that you are the ONLY person with a FC account using that computer.

It sounds pretty clear to me, if you want to be sure you get paid don't do any offers from school. If there is anyone else in the school that is doing Fusioncash and you both do offers from school, you can both be disqualified.

agree it sounds clear.  Hopefully the heads up to fusion cash will help but there is no guarantee as they always, always state to read the terms and conditions first.  My young adult daughter doesn't have an account here because she lives with us still and although she has her own computer, anytime computers share a router or home the IP addy is the same.  We are very careful not to cross wires on our sites.

My understanding is that it's in your best interest to limit your risk.  Anytime you access your Fusioncash account from a different IP address you take a risk on FC and most GPT websites deciding that you might be 'cheating' so to be safe...limit your risk...so you won't create a problem for yourself.
Have a great day!

It seems like a long way around Robinhood's barn, but it makes sense, because it is two computers talking together and they can't tell the difference as to who is logged in from where if two or more people use the same portal if you will to access the site. I would listen to the more experienced folks and not do offers etc from a public computer. That is wise anyways as you don't also want to run the risk of having any of your personal information hacked into either. I know it is not what you were hoping for, but wait to do your important stuff when it can be more secure and private, you will be sick if you loose all your efforts for something that you could have controlled. Take care.

as long as no other fc member is using the same connection, you should be allright.

I only use my own home personal computer. Why would you want to do any offers from a shared computer? I would worry about my personal info being inputted into it for security reasons, especially if you are doing offers that ask for personal info, like the cc one's where you are entering your SS#, along with the possible disqualification on the site.

Yes, as part of the privacy and conditions of the website they said that you have to use it at a private home computer or internet connection. I understand your frustration though...I couldn't login in the library, but it is also so that it's more private I think and less likely that your computer could be hijacked, as far as I understand it.
