;D Well I have four piercings in each ear and one in my nose.  I am 58 and I don't regret any of them.  Sometimes having so many in my ears is a pain and they aren't exactly even but I like them.  I have had a lot of compliments on the nose piercing and just a couple of people who said why would I do that.  Personally, I think people should mind their own business and not pass judgement on things like that because after all me having my nose pierced or four piercings in each nose didn't cause anyone else to have to do the same.  So anyway it is what it is. Life is short I say do what you want as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else. :peace:

I do have my ears pierced.  Actually four holes on each side.  I only wear earrings in two of them on each side.  I don't regret it at all.  I have a pair of diamond studs in the second hole , I just usually leave them in!

I pierced my ears when I turned 21 with two holes.  For 14 years I like wearing pretty earrings.  When I got sick 8 years ago I stop wearing my earrings and my holes closed.  Now I love wearing no earrings now.

Im 43 and have never had my ears pierced, I read somewhere that approximately 85-90 % of women have them pierced.  I am considering getting them done, but can't make up my mind if I want to bother with them or not?  Whats your feedback on ear piercing?

If you don't want to do it, don't do it.  Don't be a sellout just because that's what the majority does.  You've made it this far in life without them; getting them pierced is just going to add hassle to your life at a permanent cost.

You can count me in the 15 percent that DON'T have their ears pierced and never will.

I use to wear clip alot when I was younger, but now just don't, I am the youngest of 6 kids with 5 of us being girls, and I am the only one not to have pierced ears.

I have pierced ears and I love it!  I like the nice dangly, but not too dangly, light earrings.

My mother took the liberty of piercing my ears when I was SIX MONTHS OLD. I was a baby so I cannot remember the pain. I value my ear piercings since I see it as a gift from my mother. You should consider it, but make sure that you find a REIABLE PIERCING PAGODA to get the piercings. Don't trust anyone to do it because you don't want to get a bad infection and have to sue.

I've had my ears pierced for a long time now, and I love them pierced! They make so many different types of earrings to match your outfits. The other good thing about having them pierced is that if you don't want to wear them you don't have to!

My parents had my ears pierced when i was 4. In my teens i decided to get a second hole in each ear. Then at 15 i got my top left ear pierced. I like wearing earrings as long as they are real. Cheap earrings cause infctions.

I was always "on and off" with ear piercings. When I was like 7 my Aunt got them pierced for me, but then I didn't take care of them and they closed up. Then a couple years later I got them done again. Then they closed again. At 15, I got them again, took care of them, and they lasted me until now (25). I just recently took them out though because they started to annoy me. I can't tell if the holes have closed or not. Even if they did, I don't really mind cause I don't think I'll ever need earrings since I wear my hair over my ears anyway.

I never had the desire, but quite a number of my guy friends had their ears pierced (usually just one side), but only a couple still do this now. In fact a couple of them hardly have a hole to use anymore as they haven't worn an earring for ages.

I got my ears pierced when I was a teenager. When I was in my forties, the left ear started getting infected from time to time. I kept my earrings clean and bought the highest standard of earrings. I got tired of dealing with the infections and wiping them clean with alcohol swabs. After 10 years, I quit wearing earrings and closed up the holes. I don't hasve pierced ears anymore.
