DOes anybody really eat cranberry sauce?

I just have to ask, every year for thanksgiving and christmas dinner my wife buys cranberry sauce. she does the usual dump it from the can and mash it up a little in a bowl.. Does anyone really eat this ?

Absolutely, but maybe it's because my wife makes it from scratch with fresh cranberries.

We make it into a soft-like jelly texture so it tastes really good. Then slice it like bread.

I love it. I make a cranberry sauce, turkey and stuffing sandwhich the day after thanksgiving.

Yes I enjoy eating cranberry sauce during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Without  cranberry sauce on the dinner table something is missing.

I love cranberry sauce.  Never heard anybody mash it up.  I just cut it up in slices.

We make the fresh and we also have the canned because I actually like it better than the fresh.

I did taste it once, didn't like it at all. That is one thing I do not want on my plate at Thanksgiving or any other time.
