WHATS GOING ON LATELY? ALL SURVEYS IVE COMPLETED AND GOT TO THE THANK YOU YOUVE COMPLETED THE SURVEY PAGE, I HAVENT RECEIVED CREDIT FOR... ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PBLM?

Hmmm.  You did 4 surveys, all on the same day and got to complete a survey each time.  That's an achievement in itself!

However, did you wait at least 24 hours since the last time you did a survey for a particular site?

Did you clear your cookies and temp file BEFORE you started working surveys for a particular survey site (box)?

When you got to the completion window (Thanks, congradulations etc), did you wait for at least 10 minutes before you a) tried another survey site and b) cleared your cookies before you tried doing surveys on that site.

Usually, when I complete a survey, I wait at least 10 minutes before I think about closing the congrads window.  I check my account page and refresh it (frequently) in the hopes the credit will come thru.  If the credit does come thru, I close the congrads window and go on to another project (and clear my cookies/temp before I begin one.).

If the survey hasn't credited in 10 minutes and I want to move on, I take a screenshot of the congrads window and paste it to my PAINT software, add some comments so it's clear what the page represents and fixes the time and effort involved; then save that as a jpeg picture to my shared pictures so I can send it to FC Support if I haven't gotten credit in a couple of days.  No guarantee that I'll get credit, but at least it gives FC something to work with.

This process usually takes another 5 minutes and I keep checking my account in hopes the credit will come through.

HEY THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR INPUT.. I DID KEEP ALL THE WINDOWS OPEN, MATTER A FACT FOR A DAY OR SO.. AND I WAS GOING TO TAKE A SCREEN SHOT AND THEN DIDNT! OH WELL LESSON LEARNED! AND YES I WAS SHOCKED I WAS APPROVED FOR THAT MANY SURVEYS IN A WEEK NEVERMIND A DAY! LOL! THXXXX

I do the exact same thing as you, only I have sent support tickets saying I didnt get credit and have a screenshot of the completion page, but was told it doesnt matter at all if you have a screenshot, they CANNOT manually credit you, unless its a FC Survey then a screenshot might help, but the daily surveys, I was told, dont matter if you took a screenshot, your outa luck 
MOST of the time there is no problem with having completed surveys credit, but when they dont, theres nothing you can do about it...

Hmmm, I've completed the SSI survey 3 days straight and have not received one credit.  I should have followed your suggestions of taking a screenshot of the completed successfully message.

Taking a screenshot would make NO DIFFERENCE at all, the screenshot is worthless!! Look at my post above.

Unless it is a FC Survey, and not a Daily survey like SSI is, then screenshots wont do you any good at all. You just gotta suck it up and move on, trust me its happened to me several times. The FC Surveys, you MIGHT be able to send a screenshot and get credit.

I also had 4 not credit yesterday but 2 that did.  I figured out that the 4 that didn't credit were ones I had also done on the previous day and the 2 that did credit I hadn't done.  I was advised before by the Administration to perhaps not be in a hurry to do surveys when they become available again after the 24 hour cool off.  This was not a must follow rule, but more of a suggestion for best results and it is one that I ignore at my own peril (or so that is how I view it anyways).
