Offers Sometimes don't work?

Ya, sometimes some of the offers I register for don't work. I always put the email I use here.

For example, the PIN offers for my cellphone don't work because I never get the pin.

When I register for surveys, something goes wrong or something but I don't get the credit. Sometimes.

Any suggestions?

I also want to know if I can trust these offers, is it possible for some of these offers to be spams? Or will they just send me a bunch load of junk in the mail killing an ungodly amount of trees?

I do not want to put my real address, I only trusted this site and paypal with my real address.
