Best Friends are very special people in your life. They are the first people you think about when you make plans. They are the first people you go to when you need someone to talk to. You will phone them up just to talk about nothing, or the most important things in your life. When you’re sad they will try their hardest to cheer you up. They give the best hugs in the world! They are the shoulder to cry on, because you know that they truly care about you. they would take a bullet for you, coz it would be too painful to watch you get hurt.

You are so right. Even times when you both don't agree that doesnt split you up. You're there for each other always. No-one will
be able to come between you. That's what a truely best friend is.

It is a rare thing to have a true best friend.  I mean to have a true best friend for more than 20 years is very rare.  I am not talking about a friend you had for three or five years.   I know I do not have a true friend.   I see friend as people who will come and go out of your life.   I see that in a friendship there is always a person that will give and a person who take.

I recently lost to death two life-long friends. Everyone else in my life are acquaintances. The trust developed between true friends is invaluable. I think it all starts with trust and everything else comes with that trust. You accept friends for who they are, not what they can do for you or you for them--and the reverse is true as well.
