We do not decorate until the 1st. That way it is atleast the month of Christmas. Plus my birthday is on the second, so we can decorate the day before my birthday and then have a party in a lit up house. We did put the tree togeher already, mostly to make sure it will fit where we want it. We will not decorate it until the 1st though. Which I think is funny considering that most of our presents we by in October, because it is cheaper or anytime I see something online that has free shipping. If you shop throughout the year then you don't have to scramble for presents, and you can get things on sell. Like right after Christmas when they have extra decorations. Or how my sisters birthday is after Valentines day and her favorite thing is hearts. So I can find Birthday and Christmas presents for her then, and on sale!

It has been a long drawn out thing, it is fun, but I can only do a little at a time, my leg is hurting, cuz I did so much last night, eventually it will be completed.

Yes I decorate for Christmas. It is the one time of the year I actually don't mind doing a nice big house cleaning, because I know that afterwards comes the fun part: decorating! Merry Christmas!

I finished by Christmas decorations last weekend. I am more in the Holiday spirit this year than last year. I decided to go ahead and decorate early this year as I was rearranging the living room to go ahead and get everything done around the house. I used my payment from Fusion Cash to get decorations at the Dollar Tree which was a great deal. I was able to get everything I needed for decorating the house. Some of the best things you can get at the Dollar Tree are ornaments. I would rather spend $1.00 for 3 nice ornaments than about $6.00 for one ornament at Walmart.  :P

I cannot wait for Christmas this year. As I decorate the house, I put on Christmas music and light some candles and my son helps me. It's so cute!  :)

My SIL put the Christmas lights up 2 weeks ago saying he wanted to get them up before we get snow.(They are saying that OK will probably not get snow this winter)  I will decorate the inside of the house about the 1st week of December.  We will be getting a real tree this year. I have a great fake one but we want the real thing for our first Christmas here.

I pulled everything out of the storage room, decorated the outside of my house yesterday, the weather was on a cooperative mood and decide it to do before it gets too cold to stand outside for more than 5 minutes.  Decorated the fireplace and the doors, I will put up the tree probably today or tomorrow.  Then I will fell bad because the tree has no present so I start shopping for Christmas presents.

Unfortunately I am unable to decorate the house for Christmas this year because we are moving a week before Christmas. But, I definitely plan on putting the tree up once we are in our new house. It would not be Christmas without a tree. You are all so lucky to be able to decorate for Christmas this year! Have fun and put some up for me.  :angel11:
