did everyone have a nice thanksgiving

i did it was just me my guy and 4 friends and we just sat around and watch football and ate a whole lot of food

I always have Thanksgiving with my family. We overdid ourselves as usual with the food (plenty of leftovers), but we had a good time eating and chatting. The only thing that was a downer was the football game (49ers fan).

We had a great thanksgiving.Would have been better if we hadn't just been recovering from a stomach virus.But it was still good.

Our Thanksgiving celebration was a very small affair this year.

Just my husband, 2 of our 4 children, and me.

After church, we made the traditional meal even though it was just us 4.

Later in the day we went hiking at the state park nearby.  We climbed the 60 foot rock face of the quarry and we took lots of pictures.

We then watched movies together.

My husband and I drove to TN to visit my sister and her family. They had dinner at his brothers before we got there because we are not big turkey fans. We out out to a sports bar with them to watch the Ravens football game (and they won!!) and had dinner there. My husband and BIL went home after the game and my sister and I went shopping til 5 am. If was a great visit. Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving too!

It was okay. I didn't have the Thanksgiving I wanted to have though. I didn't get to see my family, so we went to my husbands brothers and seen his inlaws cuz his brother wasn't even there, so that kind of royaly was not good. I would of at least liked to see my family. Then we went to black friday, only to not get what we came for and my husband got upset for just being there. But as far as Thanksgiving, this holiday stuff is not right. Instead of focusing on what is important it is all about shopping now, instead of being thankful, it is being bound to buy stuff.
