Not sue if this helps or not, but just remember that there is always someone worst off than yourself, & that you have many things to be thankful for (like still having the ability to use the internet for example). Concentrate on the positives as dwelling on the negatives will solve nothing.

Everyone hits a rough patch or two during their life's journey...it's only temporary because nothing ever stays the same, life is all about changes.  Being thankful for what you have and being there to bless others will make the rough patches seem less stressful, prayer can take care of the rest.

All I can tell you is don't give up. Although I may not be in the same predicament you're in, I am going through some things. Hope is what keeps me going. Believing (and imagining) that it's going to get better. Hold on to hope.

The problem with memories is that they are always colored by what you feel now AND when you are remembering things you tend to remember good things or bad things depending on your mood. One of the reasons that depression can be so strong is that you have a much harder time pulling up memories that make you happy.

HUGE HUGS!

I hope that you are on an uptick soon!
