My bad hair day!

Today I decided to color my hair  . During the timeing part, whitch was only 20 mins, I realized my son had'nt come home from the bus stop yet, so I walked down my drive to see if I get see him coming. When I did'nt see him, I started to get a little concerned. I sent my husband to the bus stop to find him, with no luck. I called the school and there was no answer. By then he was 1/2 hour late. I started to panic,  and called 911. I spent 10 min. on the phone with them, when I saw my precious boy walking up the drive. I was so releived to see him, I just ran up and sqeezed the breath right out of him.   Then he asked "mom, whats that in your hair" Just then another kind of panic set in. My hair color had been in for 45 min.  I did'nt even want to see what it would look like, but of course I had to. When I rinsed it out, it was the boldest, brightest burgandy you can imagine. Now Im trying my best to tone it down a little at a time. It was'nt funny at the time, but it sure dose look funny now.   Acually, if I was 20 years younger it would look just right.
