That's the question, so what? We were all brand new at one time and had the same problems you do. For me it has been YouTube videos, but others here swear by Facebook (doesn't work for me). Solve a problem someone has and they will listen.

You have good advice. Set your sails in the right direction. You can not go wrong. Just make the adjustments and dont spend a lot of time crying over spilt milk. clean it up and keep on going. Not ever one has the same thing happen for them. everyone is unique.

I have alot of refferals but, none of them have cashed out. I post my link along with a little instruction a local ad site in my state. That is how I got all my refferals but they only seem to confirm thier emails and complete thier first offer. Is there any way to talk to you your refferals? I can't talk to them because I am not allowed to send messages to anyone. Why do we have the option if we aren't allowed?

The only way you can contact them on Fusioncash is if they checked the box that allows you to. Even then, there is no guarantee they will respond to your emails. It's just a numbers game, so the more referrals you get the better the odds you will have a few cashout each month. I have over 800 referrals and had 4 cashout this month, but it has been as many as 15. Go figure.

That's GREAT!  Unfortunately none of my referrals have cashed out yet, they are all inactive.  I did receive the other bonuses however.

As you may notice by browsing this forum, cashing out is not something that is easy to do for newbies, so don't give up on them. It can take as long as six months for some to get there. If they don't make it by then, earnings start expiring and if that doesn't motivate them, they will most likely never make it. The dumb part is, if they just did the 2 cent email, the 15 cent paid to click and post in the forum for the bonus they could make it on that alone.
