A friend of mine told me this awhile ago and I thought EGG gross, but then I tried it and mmmmmmmmm soooooooooo good!!

You've never heard of putting eggs in tuna fish before? I'm not being rude just curious. Boiled egg is a pretty common thing in tuna salad. You should try some diced up green apples in it also. Now that is yummy.

I've never heard of adding egg or apples to tuna salad.  I'll have to try both.  I like eggs with sardines so this should be good.  My mom made tuna salad with celery in it but I don't like hard crunchy things in mine.  I'll use dill or sweet relish with mayo or Miracle Whip or maybe just dill weed and mayo or Miracle Whip.  That mayo with olive oil and pepper is good with tuna too.

No never had eggs in my tuna, but often have egg salad, which is made similarly to how I do my tuna, with some added ingredients. :P I prefer a minimalist approach to my tuna fish, I like the taste of it though. That or I overdo the pickles lol
So tuna is just pickle relish and mayo. Egg salad is anything on hand, but generally mayo and onions at least. Going the minimalist approach there though starts just looking like an egg sandwich lol

I don't see how it can be "gross" to add eggs in, but obviously there's a lot of variations on the recipes. What exactly do you normally put in your tuna?

I will try some hard boiled egg in it today, but I also use half mayo and half sour cream for a better texture.

Yes, I have always made tuna fish salad by adding boiled eggs to it, along with mayonnaise and sweet relish. It is delicious.....
