i need to find one!  when i'm 50 i hope my kids will move out and then i can keep it clean- if they are still here they will be the maid

Shoot...I'm 55, never had kids and still have trouble keeping the place clean...lol. Having dog and cats can dirty up a house real quick!

I clean as I go; this way things don't get out of hand. I tidy up the bathroom daily and sometimes I don't have to do a major bathroom clean for a couple of weeks. Same thing in the kitchen when I dirty dishes I wash them right away.

I am VERY good about keeping kitchen and bathroom "tidy" but I work 40+ hours, my hubby works 50+ hours/week and we have a 4 year old and a 2 month old..... it's more important to spend quality time with my family than cleaning sometimes.... it's the dusting that gets away from me. I do vacuum often as I have a lot of carpet and don't like it dirty but.... it's still nice to think of a maid to help!

Valerie, it's hard when children are home I know. I feel lucky because I'm mostly home by myself kids gone bye, bye, lol.

I think it would be nice to have a maid. No matter what I do, it never seems to be enough. Just cant keep up. I have a chronic illness and tire easily, so cleaning takes me all week, so it is a never ending battle for me.
