If I'm really exhausted, I will fall asleep while watching TV.  Most of the time, I can't sleep unless it's completely dark and I can only hear the sound of my fan running.

Off for sure, can't stand any noise and for sure don't want the light from a tv although I sleep with my head covered up anyway so don't know what difference that makes lol.  But anyway I don't fall asleep to a tv like some folks so I guess that is why I don't tend to sleep with one on.  Course on computer more than watch tv  anyway.

I MUST fall asleep with the tv on! But I always have to check the guide to make sure nothing scary or freakishly weird is coming on while I am sleeping because I'll start dreaming about it! LOL :dontknow:

I sleep with it on if I fall asleep without turning it off; however, if I manage to turn it off before I fall asleep then I sleep with it off.  In some circumstances, I fall asleep with it on and then turn it off so I guess I do both.  However, off, on or off and on, it really isn't important except when I go to pay my electric bill and then I wish I had slept with it off the entire time.  Final answer Regis?  On and off.

We don't have a TV in the bedroom but when we did it was horrible because my hubby always wanted to watch TV (note, we don't have a TV in our bedroom now)

I don't even have a tv in my bedroom  I usually watch something on my phone until I fall asleep though.

I watch until I'm about to go to sleep and then I turn it off.
Have a wonderful day!

I usually put a movie on when we lay down and set a timer. It is hard for me to fall asleep but watching something seems to help.

I fall asleep with the TV on, but if I should wake during the night I turn it off, but then that seldom happens.
