I downloaded the product as required, completely F'd up my computer, and didn't get credited. Lovely.

sorry,Kymberli0529 but im glad someone else did it before i did.. i thought about doing it myself.. maybe if u uninstall it and remove it completly it will get better.. also try doing a disk cleanup and defragment after u remove it from ur computer.. any questions, please email me @ odoms6598@yahoo.com my husband tinkles with computers from time to time in his spare time, so we may be able to talk u through cleanin up your computer..

i did slingpage to and did not get credit for it either, but luckily my computer is fine..

My father in law fixed it. It got so bad my computer wouldn't start. I can only assume it's from the slingpage as, not only is this only a month old computer, nothing aside from the microsoft products had been downloaded. Anyhoo, it's fixed now and thank you for you concern and advice.
