Do you push your snooze button on your alarm clock?

Very, very rarely. If I do hit it, only one time. I always feel worse if I don't just get out of bed. I set an alarm for a reason and I don't feel any more rested if I stay in bed longer.

I push the snooze button once. If I do it more than once, I may never get up

Luckily for me I don't require a wake up call although I intentionally raise the blinds on my windows at night so that in the morning, the sun is hitting my face and that wakes me up.  Otherwise I'd sleep all day if it was dark.

I do not push the snooze buttion but my husband does over and ove again and it drives me crazy..  I wonder why he just wont get up the first time..  I can take it about two times but after that I have to say something to him and tell him to just get up

I have never been able to do it.  I can't fall asleep again so fast to make it worthwhile. 

All the time...especially those days I have to be to work at 5am

I usually get up without an alarm.  On the days I need an alarm,
I leave time so I have that extra 9 minutes for the snooze button.
So, YES, at least once.

Nope!  I hate the snooze buttons.  Those extra few minutes just aren't worth it to me.  Once my alarm goes off, I jump out of bed and start my day.

I never use a alarm clock my body just wakes at the same time every day usually its nice but not on days off

I use an alarm clock, but most of the time I sleep through my alarm noise as I've gotten use to it. I have an automatic alarm in my head that has kept me from being late for work (usually about 5 or 10 minutes after my alarm turns off).

I love hitting that snooze button.  do it everyday I have to get up by an alarm.

When I used an alarm I usually hit the snooze button, I should stop though, it became a bad habit!

i use the alarm on my phone to replace my alarm clock and still find myself hitting the snooze button.
