Do you push your snooze button on your alarm clock?
« on: November 03, 2011, 08:26:29 am »
If so, how many times do you push it.

I have never been able to do it.  I can't fall asleep again so fast to make it worthwhile.

I am a college student and when I had classes at 8 AM, I set my alarm to 6 AM, and would often press the snooze button. Now that I am towards the end of the course, I have not been doing it anymore. The classes I have left are at night with a few in the afternoon. On some Saturdays, my alarm would wake me up, but I turn it off and sometimes fall asleep again.

Sometimes I do when I am really tired.  My job is early in the morning and I live about an hour away so I have to leave by 6am.  It just depends on the night before sometimes I don't get to sleep as early as I should and people in my house don't go to sleep as early as I do.

I hit snooze  at least once. I purposely set it early so I have extra time to actually wake up instead of be jolted up and have to start moving

I never did the snooze alarm when I was working and had to get up early.  But....I always had the clock set about 10 or 15 minutes ahead.  It made my husband crazy to think that helped me get to work on time.  I don't have it that way anymore now that I'm retired.

Yes, I push it so often that I decided to move my clock so I would not push it so much. But, I am thinking about putting the alarm back by the bed so I can push the snooze button again.

I am guilty of doing that once in awhile. Normally I get up right away and get my day started. Hey, a few extra minutes on easy days can mean a lot :)
