What is your workout routine? How often do you workout and what exercises do you perform?

I've been cycling at least three days a week. My entire city is very very hilly, so it's a great workout. Then, I work out with weights. I also walk every weekend and dirtibike every other weekend. I really don't see any of it as a "workout," they're just things I really like to do :)

Mine is very simple, just get some walking in every day, if possible. It seems to work well for me.

I try to exercise every day, anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes.  I mainly watch shows from my treadmill.

I am handicapped so most of my exercises are done in a chair. I use strengthening straps to help with my lower and upper body.  I also do leg exercises.

I've actually been slacking on my workouts as of late but when I was a thriving fitness guru lol, I did a lot of crunches, jogging, and high intense cardio type work-outs because I was aiming to lose weight.  I also used "perfect push-ups", curled dumb bells, and rode my bike.

I walk on my treadmill for 30-45 minutes per day, 5 days a week.  I also lift free weights.

I enjoy running on the treadmill while watching tv, seems to pass the time better.  I've hurt my foot though and have had to use the ATM machine (like an elliptical) at the gym.  For me having something to listen to or watch really helps the time go by more quickly.  I also like to check out fitness dvd's from the library and do those for a change of pace.
