I have been cashing out for years without a probkem, this is the 2nd month that i have not been able to, the toggle is there but it does not move to the next page. I am been trying since 5pm eastern time, nothing, alsdo have tried all 3 browers the only brower that will give me the toggel is Mozilla, IE and chrome do not even see that. My ? is everyone else having this issue, I also only get half of a page, other half seem sto be missing. I have been a member for several years, I hjad never had this issue before last month. MIssed cassing out then, by the time support answered me they processed a cash out for November. I wanted it October. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks for any help.

i've never had that problem, but then again i've only been with FC for four months.

I did not have a problem processing my recent cash out request (October 30th).

But there have been many problems mentioned last month related to the daily emails, videos, accessing the site, accessing support that seem to be more FC related than user PC related.

If you aren't getting the help you need from Support or you can't access support, contact Kohler directly at

 kohler@fusioncash.com

and explain the issue to him.  Since you've been around awhile, you know that FC will do their best to figure out the problem with you.

i have never check out it's my first time but i want to know when u get it in the mail where do u have to go to get the money and do u have to pay anything extra to get it?

   If you requested a check, then just deposit it to your checking/savings account.  If you don't have a banking account, then get a relative or good friend that will let you sign your check and then let them deposit it in their account and pay you when it clears or before.

cashout pending, means it is still beinf reviewed. It shd clear in a week or two.
