Change in my balance
« on: October 27, 2011, 12:07:37 pm »
Hey guys, has anyone hd this experience with this site besides me?  A few days ago I had 21.23 in my balance.  Today, I added .17 but now only show 20.59 so somewhere I lost 91 cents.  I looked through My offers and don't see anything besides approved and cashed out so I don't think anything was denied or reversed.  This is goofy strange.

Woah, that's weird. Maybe it's a glitch or something...wait a day, and then if it still shows up wrong, you should submit a support ticket. Good luck, and hope you get your money back!

Hmm thats strange.. are you absolutely sure your not for some reason mistaken? If you are for certaint and it doesnt show anything anywere about something being denied or reversed, then send FC a support ticket explaining the situation and what happened, just be polite and respectful in the ticket and Im sure they will figure out what happened and help you out.
OH, and not to sound like a math wiz or anything, but, you say you had 21.23 and added .17, that = 21.40, now you have only 20.59.. well that doesnt = 91 cents gone, it would = 81 cents gone  (21.40 - 20.59 = 0.81) not a biggie, just a heads up

Hi,
You have to cash out in six months or offers will expire and you'll lose credit.

The only other thing that I can think of is maybe it was revoked due to an offer you did  that you didn't live up to its terms.  If you delete something that you did before amount of time is up sometimes it will take it back.  Only other thing would be that it expired if you see red writing next to telling you amount of days left & it s at 0 then you lost it.   :dontknow:

the only thing I can think of is what's been mentioned - that perhaps something expired.  Do the support ticket - you will hear from someone within a few days.
End the suffering!  Get your cats - and all strays and ferals - spayed and neutered!

Sorry to hijack the original poster but I only want to say thanks to madeara for this tip. I am already eligible to cashout but I am waiting for December in time for christmas (as we all know December is an expensive month). Now that I know I might as well cashout soon.
Thanks again.

I have to agree with that as well. As soon as I'm eligible I want to cash out too. I've registered with some sites and have not been getting credited. I think I'm just going to continue to make as much as I can and then cash out. I dont like how often I'm not being credited.  :crybaby2: I'm getting discouraged. I know this is a business, but its not doing it fairly. It's tough that in taking time to take these surveys I find out I wont get any credit.  :sad1: Good luck to all though.  This is my last post on these forums.
