Congrats to him!  Does he use DeviantArt?  I've been posting some of my work on there; it's really a huge community and could allow other people the ability to see his work!  Plus there are options on the site to sell work as well.  I don't post to use that, but the option is there.

I need to get a better camera so I can get better photos of my larger works that I can't scan, but that'll be a few months from now.  My favorite is my newest white charcoal work I did last Sunday on black paper.  I want to learn how to paint.  ^_^

that's nice,,to be paid for doing what you enjoy.   what kind of paintings does he do?

He does all kinds swirled art,cartoony abstract,abstract he goes all over the place he stays away from the norm he paints and draws outside the box lol..The swirled art is what is selling on ebay the others he is so connected too he wants to make prints so the orginal stays his plus some we have attatchments to many of the abstract and cartoony ones lol

This just proves never give up even when things seem like they are not ever gonna happen it will when you least expect it..And Talent every single person has it most people do not see it or believe they have it but YOU DO..trust me I felt like my crafts were just crappy junk and well I just did it on a hope that maybe someone would like them and well I was surprised lol..And for my Hubby I always knew he would get his art out there he just had to step away from being perfect and worrying about peoples opinions..So if ya can dream it you can make it happen.. much love to all xoxoxo

  Wonderful! I'm glad you're family made some money from the talent of your hubby. These hard economic times, artists are really hard up w/employment. I would like to be an artist but I don't have the talent or patience to be one. LOL.

Congradulations to your hubby butterflywings!!  I looked at his work on ebay and he has done a wonderful job!  When I saw them I couldn't help but wonder if maybe he shouldn't send some pictures of his work to the companies that put out those paper folders, notebooks, bookjackets and spirals with designs on them.  I would think that they would always be looking for cool designs and those ROCK!!
