I speak English and I can understand Spanish pretty well but to speak it back is another story. I do wish I could speak Italian and Polish since
most of my ancestors speak the languages.

Fluent in English, My native language is tagalog/Filiphino I can speak alittle bit. My parent's fault they wanted us learn english so badly that they never taught us. Luckly, they would speak w/each other & when we'd  beforce to go to those show off Filiphino parties. Their friends are fluent but usually their kids also are not fluent.By listening to my parents & their friends I've learned enough to get by.We really learned the swear words early because they'll be screaming filiphino swear words at us when we get in trouble & it happens a lot.LOL, Know a little Spanish took 3 years in college, & know a little Russian took 3 years in college. Though, I wish I'd taken Chinese/Mandarin since I've just became a Asian drama junky. The best thing about knowing a different language is the happy surprise look a native gives when he/she hears their language from you.

Everybody can speak his/her native language.  Most of them can speak other languages to communicate each other!

well, I can speak two languages ( Burmese, English)fluently and three languages( Chinese, Japanese, French) a little.

What about you?
Wow!..  As for me I only can fluently with 2 languages.  (Vietnamese and English)... The third one is (French, and Italian) maybe... Spanish... but under a little bit.

i speak two, spanish and french.  The trouble is I will get them intertwined so I'll start speaking in one language and finish in the second.  That's weird I know.
