Daily clicks and emails not working

No, no issues with the DCE or PTC. They are working fine for me today. The FC site was down for a time yesterday midday and I was unable to log on, but tried again later toward evening and had no problem. Are you still experiencing problems today?

I had problems on both the 20th and the 21st early in the am on the 20th  all the way until about 10 pm on the 21st and then just gave up. I managed to get in once by googling Old Buddy and entering through one of his links an managed to view one video for 1 cent! WOW, gonna cash out on that before it's gone. Tried to see if there was anything posted on facebook and it looks like someone else has captured the name for herself. Disappointed that I missed out on 2 days of activity, seems that there were issues last month from about the 20th on to the end of the month as everyone is attempting to increase their balances to cash out. No way to go back and recapture the missed opportunity, but I feel that FC should come up with something as an apology to loyal users. Would only seem fair. Take care.

I am not sure if this is the reason.. but I used to have this problem.
I found it that it was because I was using Firefox.  For some reason this site doesn't like to work on that browser.

Possibly if you change to another browser.. IE or Google Chrome.. you will see both that you are/were not able too.

I am not sure if this is the reason.. but I used to have this problem.
I found it that it was because I was using Firefox.  For some reason this site doesn't like to work on that browser.

Possibly if you change to another browser.. IE or Google Chrome.. you will see both that you are/were not able too.

  I have never had problems with FF, I don't like IE because it lets too many viruses into my system and don't trust Google to be any better- I would think that FC should be able to correct any issues that have developed between the site and FF. If not will just not be able to participate as much. Thanks . Take Care

Try re-booting your computer.  If that does not work, try using a different browser. Also, try logging out and then logging back in.  I hope that your problems have been resolved by the time of this posting but if not maybe my suggestions will help.

I am just curious as it appears you have been here for a while, Do you change to different browsers for different activities? And how does that effect the speed and efficiency of your system? Those are my two biggest fears for switching or adding additional browsers. Thanks. Take care.

I have a macbook and my preference is to use safari.  But safari, for some reason, does not always work well.  I am forced to use different browsers. It is not by choice. To view and get credit for videos on Fusion Cash, I now have to use google chrome.  I used to use firefox but that no longer works.  I can view the video but will not get credit.  So, I use google chrome to watch videos on Fusion Cash.

Other FC members have similar problems.  Videos do not always credit using a certain browser so they switch browsers.  Google Chrome always seems to work.

Safari also does not work on other occasions and this is not just with Fusion Cash.  Sometimes I can not upload or open pages using safari.  I do not know why.  I have to use firefox or google chrome.   I believe that it has something to do with compatibility.   

My computer is getting old and is slowing down. I am having issues with it but I am not tech savvy enough to know if it has anything to do with my having downloaded firefox which I have on my dock.  Google Chrome is in applications so I have to access it before I use it.  I have not been able to keep it on my dock because it is always lit up on the bottom.  I can not quit it without it disappearing from my dock.  Mostly I only use it to get credit for watching videos on FC.  But I have had to use it for a few other reasons but I can not remember why.

I have not been credited for at least a week's worth of PTC activity. I didn't realize I wasn't getting credit until a week had gone by. I'm not sure why I'm not getting the credit but I do know that when I get to the "click to go to the FCtoolbar" it doesn't work. Is that why I am not getting credit? I can't get it to work on either IE or FF. What else can I try?

I've tried all your suggestions and the site still isn't working for me and hasn't been working since 10/18/11. I can't even send in a support ticket because it won't go through. I have even tried sending  emails to support from my yahoo email but don't know if they went through.

It does seem like there were enough of us who had issues with the 20th and 21st that we should receive something for the failure.

If you have AVG anti virus disable the linkscanner when working on FC and that is working for me. To do that, open your AVG, double click on linkscanner and uncheck everything. Then go to FC and work. When done, open AVG again and click fix problem and it will enable your linkscanner again. Good luck!

i was having problems but got this to work for me so i will tell you if you have avg virus protection go in and disable your link scanner i did and now i am able to get my daily emails  and the videos to work again  hope this helps

I myself use f.f. for everything but videos. I use i.e. (which i detest lol) for videos as f.f. doesn't allow credit for me for some reason.
