For the last 5 days anytime I try to do the daily ssi survey I get the same STOP message. It says
"United KingdomUnited StatesAustraliaCanadaSingaporeIndiaIreland Thank you for your interest in participating in our surveys. Unfortunately we are unable to record your participation in this survey due to one or more of the following reasons:
You or someone else using the same computer has already participated in this survey.
The country under which you are registered does not match the location of the computer you are currently using.
Sometimes, if interviews are rushed through they can't be used and you may not be eligible for the survey reward.

No, I have not changed information when completing surveys. No, there are no other users on my ip that do surveys online. I have remained honest on all surveys to prevent this very thing from happening. I did have another site last Tuesday freeze another account because of duplicate users from my ip address. I called them, had no idea who this strange email address they had was, and I'm the only one living here that does surveys. To top that, the ip address they showed went to my 3d tv which doesn't have an internet browser, only has apps to connect to netflix, amazon, hulu, etc. I told them that, and they said it must have been a system error. They corrected the situation immediately. I don't know if that could also have effected the ssi site, but I'm getting frustrated. My wireless at home is secure from anyone outside connecting to it without the code. You do all you can to be honest and above board, and still lose out! I looked for a way to put in a ticket to support here, but only found this forum. Can anyone please help me here?
