Topic: OK, I know other topics have mentioned this, BUT................................  (Read 1593 times)

they all seemed to die away without resolution.  Here's my problem:

I can no longer do the daily emails.  I click the link, the ad pops up, I click it, and then instead of the box where the code should be input, I get a plain white box.  The daily e mails worked just fine in Firefox and IE a week-and-a-half age.

The reason I know they worked in IE is because, even though Firefox is my preferred browser, I have been forced to use IE in order to get credit for watching videos, so I sometimes flip my default browser to IE just to do FC.  This is problem #2.

Per instructions in another post, I have

cleared my browsing history
cleared my cookies
cleared my cache
cleared my temporary internet files

on both browsers.  I did not help.  After clearing the cookies in IE, I can now no longer even log in to FC with that browser.  Sometimes I get the "wrong username or password" error, other times the page simply flashes, as if logging on, but then presents with the log-in page again.  So now, I can't even do the videos because if I use Firefox to do them, I never get credited.  This is problem #3.

I'm not a computer illiterate; in fact I've used computers for many years and and am quite computer savvy.  I do not have these kind of problems with any other websites, either similar ones or ones completely unrelated.  I know others are having the same and/or similar problems; I've read the posts.  I've also read the posts from the majority who are not having these problems, and who therefore seem tho think that they don't exist. To that I will only say that just because 95% of the population does not have AIDS, that does not make AIDS any less of a problem for those who do.

Please advise whether someone is at least looking into the problem, or should we just give up now before investing too much time and energy in FC and going nowhere?

not really sure what to tell you.  best advice would be to file a support ticket, maybe they can tell you of something new to try? :dontknow:

I would send in a support ticket to see if the Fusion Cash Staff can help you with this problem. Sucks that you cant get your daily emails to work.

i see what u mean....if fusion cash cared for their survey takers they should get this problem fixed asap!

I have had similar problems and the solution I found was to disable the linkscanner in AVG or to uninstall AVG 2012.

i have always used internet explorer, and everything has always worked, until this past week, and nothing has worked for me.  so finally decided to switch up and try google chrome, and now everything is working again.  that's all it took for me.  maybe try that browser!!

 :dontknow: I wish I knew someway to help because I have had the same issues from time to time but in a couple of days the problem cleared up and I was able to load them.  Also, I have just left the white box up and opened other browser windows, gone back and the video was loaded.  Now I have had trouble with the way my wireless was set up but I don't know what caused the intermittent problems with the videos however, in my case, as I said the issues did clear up.  Hope they do for you as well.

I hate Internet explorer and I refused to use it. I was having a lot of trouble with FireFox from freezing to slowing down my computer. I deleted Firefox completely  and installed Google Chrome.  I love it.

try uninstalling avg 2011 if you have it

I agree with the two who mentioned google chrome - I love it!  i've never had any of those problems with the daily emails with this browser.  IE is full of viruses and such.  Chrome is smooth, easy to use.....it's worth downloading and trying.

I installed Chrome as well. I found everthing Fusioncash work great on it
