For the videos that load a new page to be watched you need to use Internet Explorer  .... they do not seem to credit if you use Firefox

It might be your browser.  A long time ago, I was unable to get credit if I used safari to watch videos.  I had to switch to firefox but then I stopped getting credit using firefox.    I now use google chrome and always get credit as least for now.  Other members swear by IE.     Hope that helps.

Most of the videos still credit for me using firefox. There's only one video right now i have to use internet explorer to credit, and that's the Long Play video. It seems to me that the videos that require you to open them up in another window are the ones that i have trouble getting credit for.

I use Google Chrome browser and get paid for videos i watch instantly, it works great, usually I am able to watch 3 to 5 videos per day but no videos were available today. Didn't do the download ones, so dont know about that.

This is the response I got from the support ticket.

Thank you for reporting this error. Unfortunately, if you are not credited automatically for watching a video, there is nothing we can do as we were not paid, either. If you continue to have issues with getting paid for videos, we suggest that you stop watching them and focus on other ways to make money.

 

Not exactly the response I was looking for.  Translation= they don't care.

Sometimes i don't get credit for watching a video as well,but i don't really watch them that much, because it does not pay much and they do not have but one or two videos to watch!

THEY USUALLY ALWAYS WORK FOR ME.  BUT THIS LAST WEEK, I HAVE HAD A  LOT OF TROUBLE.  NONE OF THEM WANT TO CREDIT.  MOST OF THEM ANYWAY!!  I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE WAS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM AS WELL.  I GUESS THAT'S JUST THE WAY IT GOES SOMETIMES.

i got $0.02 for one that i watched, but the other one i didnt get credit for, nor did i get credit for downloading the game *sad face* (which is pretty fun by the way lol)

I get credited all.  But not on the day I watched.  It's come days after that.  Maybe of the delay?  Just wait couple of days and see.

Anyone else not getting the money credited for watching these videos.  It is suppose to be instant.  I now have had 4 videos not pay.  1 for .25 another for .20  another for .02  and another for .01  those are the videos I can remembers at the moment.  I am sure there are more as when I get frustrated with something I get annoyed and aggravated. 

Anyone else having the trouble I am?

 

I had to switch to IE9 and now get credit for all the videos I watch.

I don't know what happened but for the last few days I am actually getting credit for videos in firefox again.
