One of the rules of the forum which can be found under Offers on the Discussion board states: Do not paste links to other sites -- This means no referral links whatsoever - even in private messages

You can read the details that follow for yourself, but the gist is that you are not allowed to post any links to other survey sites. It's okay to mention them by name, just no links. You may not post any links to sites like your own website where you can make money, for obvious reasons.

To answer the first part of your question, the short answer is no. The first month you have a jump-start with your $5 sign-up bonus. After the first month, you will begin receiving the $3/mo forum posting bonus if you made your 30+ posts and have submitted the form (which can be found by clicking on the link Are you getting paid to post yet? near the top of this page) by the end of your first month. That makes it easier to cash out after the first month.

If you take advantage of all the daily offers and bonuses, it is not all that difficult to cash out every month. I have managed to do it since I signed up in March of 2011. Here are the basic guidelines: do the DCE, the PTC, the videos, the contests in the forum, the daily surveys, the bonuses for posting in the forum and for posting a picture of your payment, get referrals if you can, and try some of the daily tasks if you have time (these are tough and time-consuming though, at least for me).

The key for me has been getting approved for at least one of the daily surveys every day if I can. Read the topics related to the daily surveys for tips on how to maximize your chances regardless of your demographics. Hope that helps and welcome to FC. I am still in my first month too..How often do offers change..A lot of times I do not qualify and just wondered how often new stuff gets brought in for us to try.

After your first payment, i would say no. After a while though it does seem to get alittle harder to reach cash out. Since all the free offer will eventually run out, and if you don't like the surveys or the credit card offers then it can take a little longer.

I did all the free offers and my first payout was $46. Now I have done a lot of the subscription offers and my second payout will be $59. I have also added 10 referrals after my first payout. Now Im making a few dollars a day from surveys so avg monthly payout should be around $25.

They don't want people to post referral links and promote other companies. This is a support community for Fusioncash.

It seems that the first cashout is the one that is easiest and quickest to reach.  I think that I reached my first cashout in about a month and a half but I did not do very much on FC the first month after joining.  The next couple of cashouts took two months.  And now it is about every three months.  Other members cash out more frequently than myself.  I am very happy with what I have been earning on FC.  Plus I am enjoying the site.

To answer your second question:  I think that this forum is meant to be about Fusion Cash exclusively.

Posting on FC about other sites isn't right. That's like you opening your own restaurant and someone coming on to your website to talk about OTHER restaurants people should go to that would potentially take business away from you.
