I would say more or less it is, however you have to have 30 for any given month to get the $3 I believe. I haven't got it yet so I'm just going by what I've read.

It's 30"contributory" posts within a calendar month.  On the non-forum pages on fusioncash, there is a link on the top right, something to the effect of "earn $3/mnth for posts". Click on it for all the detailes proovided by the administrator.

It's $3 for 30+ meaningful posts during a calendar month.  I usually do 40-50 posts to make sure that there are 30 meaningful posts in the pot.  Not difficult once you get going.

Posts to the Contests and Promtoion section do not count towards the 30 count.

The above is the correct way of looking at it but to educate you on math.... even if it was per post at the rate of $3 for 30 that's 10 cents a post, not 1 cent
