I am definately in the Where's the Beef category.  Can't stand yard bird and never been a fan of fish.

Chicken is my favorite of the three. I like it barbaqued the best.   Beef is my next favorite, but I rarely eat it.  Sometimes I just crave a good burger.  The fish is last.  I like it only in fish and chips, sushi or tuna sandwiches.  I do like shrimp, lobster and crab though.

I like the taste of beef and chicken the best, but I'm incorporating more fish due to the health benefits and trying to find ways to prep fish differently to encourage me to eat more.
