Who is your favorite clothing designer?

My favorite clothing designer is Ralph Lauren. I like the classics, I think that those are clothes you can always wear. They never go out of style and are always welcome in their appropriate forum. to me no one does it better.

Me too! However if I have money to buy clothes I just buy what I like and don't care about the designer. We aren't being sponsored by them or anything.

I just hate it when people HAVE to wear the same designer clothing everyday, with matching accessories. I actually asked someone if they were being sponsored by them to just joke around, didn't really have an answer to that. Most designers just make crap clothing made in some sweatshop in China or Taiwan (with very little to no quality control) and charge outrageous prices for them. Doesn't make sense to me.

Same here, although I like Polo much more than Chaps.  I've loved Polo by Ralph Lauren clothing since I was probably 12 years old.  I just wish I could afford to buy more of it, as it's unfortunately a bit pricy.  But, you can't question the quality.

I have my very own designer, myself. I start with a basic pattern and then change it to suit myself. I can also make my own patterns also.

I like Kasper as they make such nice suits for women. Also Le Suit. Since I have to wear professional attire quite a bit, I like a designer that makes good fashionable classic clothes that are well made and last. Nine West is one of my favorite for handbags and shoes. I also like Anne Klein. Then again, I like to shop LL Bean for tops and stuff.

You can find some really good deals on Ebay with your favorite designers. I picked up a DKNY black coat (regular $275), only worn 2 times for $48. I'm usually very careful about buying any clothing used, but I could tell from the photos the coat was new, and the seller and I communicated before the sale. It's very stylish and was the best investment!  I've also gotten Coach, Louis Vuitton, etc., handbags on Ebay for a fraction what they are worth.
