Can't quite see how wearing a clear backpack is complying with security risk, when it violates the privacy of the person carrying it
thus putting Them at risk. better off not carrying a backpack.

Then if your not going to carry a back pack then where are u going to put your books to bring home, I don't think you would carry them all especially a little kid who is in the 1st,2nd,or 3rd grades.
