anyone mystery shop
« on: September 29, 2011, 03:25:07 pm »
I have done a few, not much work in my area for them.  I just took another assignment and wanted to let people know that it's not just shopping they have you do other things.  Like displays and stuff like that.  I also found out how they get the guys like the oxi guy.  It is so cool.

they are hard to come by in my area and don't pay very good.  but they are fun to do.  You have to check with the site you signed with so you know when one is available.

I did some Mystery shops in CA , there was always competition to get to them first.  Now that I have moved to OK.  I am the only one in my area here, so the shops are easier for me to get now.   Makes me happy!

we've done, well i wouldn't say a lot but it's getting to be that way. it seems like we are one of the only people doing it around here.

I've been mystery shopping for about three months now.  I have really enjoyed it.  We get to eat out quite often.  I've gotten quite a bit of free merchandise, also.  I received an "emergency" call to shop a McDonald's that was two hours from my home.  I was given a $100 bonus for doing it!  I received a little over $600 last month for the previous month's shops.  No bad.  If I lived in one of the more populated area about 100 miles from my home, I could do all of the shops I wanted to schedule.
Have a wonderful day!

What company do you use?  I've been trying to be a mystery shopper for quite some time now...but, I only get fake money orders and crap like that.  I have not found a legit sight yet here in Georgia.  Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.   Thanks.   =)

I mystery shopped for a major grocery chain for about a year and made pretty good. They paid an hourly wage and mileage which a lot don't. They are one of the better ones out there how they pay their mystery shoppers. Don't want to interfere with Fusion Cash rules so I can't really advertise their name on here. Think Fortune 500 company that carries the "Select" brand.

Check out the Mystery Shopping Providers website (it's a .org site).  It lists a bunch of companies.  Click on them, submit an application and go from there.  It is highly recommended that you don't pay to belong to a shopping service; however, I did join Shadow Shoppers but probably won't renew since I am now a contractor directly for the survey companies.
Have a wonderful day!
