Do you get a lot of spam emails?

yes i get a crap load of spam. i block the email addresses but they always seem to come through and most of them are from the same address.

Have you ever just tried to block part of the address (i.e. what comes after the dot)? That way, any email from that address will not come through.

i probably get 100 a day, so i just go through and delete them without readingthem.  i'm afraid of viruses

I find myself covered with these letters from Africa telling me I'm somebody's heir but I need to send money for the cash transfer. I hate it! At first I would just ignore them but they just kept coming. I get other spam and I just unsubscribe from it and it goes away. I hate spam! I hope your spam goes away too!

I use MailWasher and blacklist and bounce them, but I still allow them to hit my email account where I report them as spam!  They eventually go away, but new ones come along.

Everyday I have up to 70 in spam emails. Sometimes I take time and click on 'unsubscribe' but they just keep coming.

I've noticed since I started taking surveys, and giving my email address out a lot, i'm getting BOMBARDED with emails. Is this happening to anyone else?

You should have made a separate account for this purpose, but you can still fix this easily! 
Just make a new folder that you can train your email to send it to...then you can easily go and delete all of them
if you want to!  It's better than having to check each individual one.

I suggest that EVERYONE get a gmail account.  You can label your emails - chose the color of the labels, sort,
skip the inbox, automatically delete, and much much more!

I agree! Way to many purposless emails. I will delete all the spam mail and any unwanted mail that i get in my inbox it is just rediules with all the spam mail.

3 years later and I still get about 30 spam emails on my main account. This was before I learned to use multiple 'fake' accounts to fill out offers...

Wow it's surprising that you get less spam than normal emails!!
