Have you tried doing it in IE? When I view the videos in Firefox, they don't credit for me.

Agreed. Videos credit best in IE for me also. Occasionally a video won't credit from IE either, but your chances are better if you log into IE to view the videos. I learned that trick from another member.

I just tried the Yaris video in Firefox and it did not credit today.  But when I tried it again in IE, I did get credit.

Didn't have problems on and before the 17th when I viewed the video in Firefox.  Not sure why FF was a problem today.

Tried it again today 9/21/11.  Didn't credit in Firefox, but did credit in IE.
The other videos (several today) did credit in Firefox.

I agree with the previous post. I was not getting paid until I went back to watching videos on I.E..

Its a little frustrating since every everything else works better on firefox.

Yeah, I'm usually in Firefox when I first visit here, because I come here in the morning via my paid email. It's a drag to switch to IE, but not the end of the world.

It's only the videos that open up in another window that I have to watch in IE. Yeah, it does suck having to switch over, but whatever its still free money.

@veronica773 This is the second day I have watched this video and did not receive credit for it  Wish I could figure out what to do to get the credit This is frustrating The other video gave me the credit

If you open up the video using Internet Exployer, you have a better chance of having it credit.

I had problems using Firefox for this particular video only.  But it opened up and credited just fine when I used IE.

When I see a video available, I cut and paste the URL into Chrome and logon again, then they credit.
