Well even if the TOS did say they might not credit(which I did read and understand from the begining) - and we did do everything we could to make sure they credited---It still seems unfair that if the offers are below $7 we cant ask for payment. I know that its not something that probably can be helped but I totally agree with stats comment - "the companies are getting our information for free and we get nothing in return". There has to be a way Fusion Cash can start working on this problem so that it will not be so prevalent in the future. I have $15.50 sitting there that I can not be credited for. But I certianly am hearing from those companies left and right so they got what they wanted. I am not trying to complain- but its obvious that there is a problem that Fusion Cash may need to look at and see if there is anyway that in the future they can come up with a better way to do things so this doesnt happen as often. Just a suggestion for those higher ups.
BY THE WAY - several of the offers that I looked at triggered my virus/spyware .... hmmm maybe that should be checked into as well. Has anyone else had this problem? I just closed the pages immediately - ran scans and removed what was there, hopefully getting it all..... seems a shame, but expected I guess.
I completely agree. I have tried clearing out cookies, changing email addresses, switching browsers, turning off protection (which is putting my pc at risk since some of those sites are full of spyware and viruses--you're not the only one who noticed that Kat), I'm not a pc newbie so I know I've done everything right...and I've only gotten credited for 1/3 of the offers I've completed...yet my inbox is getting full of spam emails from all of those companies who are not crediting. It definitely doesnt seem fair at all to us fusion cash members, they're getting all of our info, using it, then refusing to credit us.
Would you guys (FC staff) be willing to look into this issue? I don't think it would be difficult to establish a pattern of some of them not crediting your members so you could stop advertising their offers. We could forward you our account/registration confirmation emails or something
edit: turns out downloading the browser Opera and using that instead has led to more successful results
