Lots of ways. The stove, oven, microwave, toaster, crockpot, food dehydrator, Charcoal BBQ. I use the microwave and oven most.

I don't have a stove when I moved out of my two story house because I can't work anymore I have been in the hospital and nursing home for recovery so I lost my home, and now I am living in a one bedroo trailor that we own in town which my husband added a bedroom because the bedroom wouldn't fit my King size bed so we made it a laundry room and therefore the kitchen an livingroom are all one so I cook with electric grill or crockpot, electric frying pan and I do have an electric oven with a rotisary so that is how I cook.  Oh I do have a microwave.

I'm in a similar boat to glenda1bruce, in that we moved and don't have an oven or stove.
Had an awesome huge microwave that actually was made to double as an oven, but it's given up the ghost.
So everything is mini microwaved, electric appliances, or occasionally we use a propane camping stove.
We've picked up quite the nice range of electrical appliances though, including grills, a wok, skillets, turkey roaster/oven (mainly use it for soup though heh. Need to learn to use it as an oven though - I'm feeling an urge to bake!), crockpots, a bread machine...
We also BBQ as well. We don't particularly shy away from cooking a certain way, like frying, but when I cook I do use minimal amounts and no deep frying. Left the deep fryer in storage, in fact ;) Didn't really use it much anyways.

I probably like the microwave the most, though the one I have is currently too small to fix family meals in (can do cupcakes and cookies alright though). Doesn't stop me from stockpiling Microwave Cookbooks! :P

Depends on what I'm making.  I bake my fish.  Boil, bake, or fry (not breaded and on the stove) my chicken.  Bake or grill steak.  Usually fry up pork chops and ground beef.  Steam or boil pasta and any vegetables not kept raw.  Bake potatoes.

I can't think of anything else right now....

I use stove, oven, microwave and crockpot.  I love using my iron skillets they are good for stove or oven.

To me the healthy way is the tastey way.  If it doesn't taste good then it really isn't good for me.  I use the grill most often.  But it also depends on what it is I am cooking so I can't necessarily use the grille every time I cook.

I use the oven, stovetop and Foreman grill. I use the microwave to warm up food.  In the summer if it is too hot to use the stove or oven, i will use cast iron pans on the propane grill.

Depends on what I'm cooking. Most of the time I have microwaveable things. I cook on the stove and occasionally with a toaster oven, but I don't use the actual oven very often. I don't like to use any grease or oil unless I absolutely have to. I also don't use butter/salt unless necessary.

The kids are grown and gone and I live alone, so it's mostly microwave.
