Spanish Taught in Elementary school Over English ?!?!?

I'm not sure if this is THE most racist thread I have seen on this forum, or the second most racist thread.  The one I am  deciding between was a thread on evolution which had the OP say "I'm not racist, but African men look like Apes"

 I don't mind the young ones learning to speak spainish, but i don't want the spainish youngesters thinks this is the way it will be, and they want have to learn english. So first learn english and then go for another language. So many other languages are out there for our kids to learn why must it always be spainish. It is not out national language. I have a hard time when i get on the phone and it comes hit 1-2 for english. why do we single them out as getting special treatment. Let them learn english just like all the otm's ( other then mexicans)
