I'm nearly there on  my second - I know that feeling!  Only a bit under a dollar to go - at least, in offers.  I'll make just over the fourteen dollar mark today in offers - already have over ten in bonuses!  And yes, I will wait a bit - perhaps another week - before cashing out since it is early in the month.  But not too long.  I like to get a jump start on the next cashout!
