You should file a Support Ticket with FusionCash right away. Just posting in the forum won't get you very far. I'm sure to FC staff will do all they can to help you if you provide them with as much detailed information as you can remember. Go to your Account page and click on Support. They will get back to you with an e-mail within 24-48 hrs. Good luck to you and please give us an update when you can.

I hate to say this, but my advise is to not purchase anything of this nature at all (free trials, special price, etc.).  They always have a way of not being able to be reached if you have a problem.  I have been okay with purchases such as book clubs and other well-known brands or products, but some of the other products are outright scams or iffy.

Hi. I have already created a Support Ticket also waiting for their reply. I really had no idea that will also happen to me. i have no regret that did not get any credit from that offer but entering my credit card information i have done a big mistake. i am very worried about it. my mind has stoped thinking anything. Anyways lets hope for the best.

Thanks very much for giving me moral support.

Regards

Blanket Statements like this are seldom accurate and if you use a credit card there is little risk. Complaining to Fusioncash is not the right approach (they have no control over advertisers here), she should simple file a dispute with here credit card company and get a refund.

I beg to differ.  I do not consider this a blanket statement.  I have qualified it by saying that some of my purchases have been okay.  The ones I have a problem with are products such as beauty products and things of this nature which are supposedly free trials but you get charged for them, or for items you don't get at all.  I know because I ordered 3 or 4 items like this before I began to see the pattern.  You are correct about ordering with a credit card.  For the most part, if you dispute the charge after not getting getting what you ordered, they will refund the money.  However, the process of going through all this is extremely aggravating.  And I stand by my position I have expressed on this and other threads that if you don't really want or need the product, you are not really making any money at all.  You are really losing money.  As my husband says when I buy something on sale that I do not want or do not use, it is not really saving me any money.

The simple solution is to only order things you really want or need in in the first place. If you order a free trial just to make the small payment they offer and have no interest in the product to begin with, who is committing the fraud?

Exactly.  As I said, I learned this the hard way.  Now I only order what I really want or need.  And I've learned to stay away from those types of ads that are not exactly on the up-and-up.  I check them out on sites that give ratings on the websites of the products.

Only once did I order something from one of my survey sites using a credit card because it was a well known flower company - it was flowers, for Valentine's day - and within days I received the promised seven dollars credit to my account.  The cost of the flowers and delivery was exactly the same as it would have been had I ordered it directly through their website, bypassing the link from the survey site.  Flowers were delivered as scheduled - we had ordered from the place before - and there was no problem.  Way long ago in the past I tried those "free trials" -paying only 1.00 for s and h, etc. etc. - but always forgot to cancel before the thirty days were up.  At least the few companies I did this with were reachable after a lot of effort, and they did refund my money anyway.  But I avoid doing those now, because you never know, and I myself know I don't remember to cancel.
End the suffering!  Get your cats - and all strays and ferals - spayed and neutered!
