The rules are pretty much basic civility.  Thank you Kohler for all you do.

These rules are obvious rules of mutual consideration for everyone involved with this program,I will not have a problem obeying any of them!

1. Observe the golden rule -- Treat others as you would like to be treated

This one is pretty obvious. This means NO flaming, NO derogatory remarks to other members or staff. I know it is an online forum, but behind everyone's screen name is a real human with real feelings. So please respect everyone, even if you do not agree with them, or get along with them.

What if I break this rule? You will be banned for a minimum of 14 days and in a severe case your FusionCash account will be closed and all money will be forfeited.



2. Respect our advertisers -- Do not discuss cancellation or post disparaging remarks

This is a big one. We rely on the relationship between ourselves and the advertisers and companies we work with to be able to bring you the best offers that are out there. We need our members to understand that the advertisers are paying you to be a member. Please do offers that you are interested in, and not just do them because it has a 20 dollar payout. I hear people all the time whining about an offer that did not credit, but if they were truly interested in the offer it would not be that big of a deal because they wanted the product/service to begin with and the cash they get back from that is just something on the side. As long as you respect our advertisers, you may state your honest opinion of them – saying "This offer sucks!" or "This offer is a scam!" is not an honest opinion since it is speaking  out of anger.

What if I break this rule? You will be banned for a minimum of 7 days.



3. Do not paste links to other sites -- This means no referral links whatsoever

A rule that should probably be number one or number two on the list, because it seems to the be the one most broken. This forum is for FusionCash, not for you to see how many people you can get to your other site that you make money off of. It is not a forum for you to spam your link to your store, candle selling site, or any other site that you can make money off of others. If it is a video on YouTube, or a news story you wish to share with us, by all means share your link.  But you should not post links to sites that you own, or in which you have a vested interest. We do not need people sharing links that contains links to other sites where the original poster can gain money from other members. Any link found that contains referral links will be taken down immediately, and the poster will be promptly banned. If you have a link and you are unsure if you can post it, please send in a support ticket or an email to support@fusioncash.com and I will be more than happy to look it over and let you know.

What if I break this rule? You will be banned from the forum and the website entirely, no questions asked, no second chances. People are taking advantage of this forum and it is no longer going to fly.


4. Understand that we cannot filter all of the content on the forums, so you may read or see something you don't like.

This isn't so much a rule as the others. We do believe in free speech, so if someone doesn't like the color purple and purple is your favorite color – sorry. We are not going to mute people's opinion of us or other subjects. Be respectful, observe the golden rule, and know that everyone is not going to share the same view you have.

The italicized/underlined part is of a legitimate concern in the religious threads, as of late.  I have, myself, asked about respect to be offered between others who, within their rights, oppose others.  The part about "a real human with real feelings" and "so please respect everyone, even if you do not agree with them..." is being greatly tested, to the point of frustration with some, including also to the point of flaming and calling-out threads.  That's just not right and is making it to where some either avoid the threads, or don't want to be ridiculed for their beliefs.  I'm speaking both sides, too, because of the definite sparks going on that are disrespectful.

It seems that this rule, since it is a rule listed, should be a gentle reminder to all, including myself, and perhaps should be re-looked at as to the actual and intended meaning of it. It is either being ignored totally, at times, or being pushed to/beyond the boundary lines, and in turn, has taken the fun out of these particular threads.  Thank you for allowing me to vent about this.

"Respect" is not equated with 'initially-contentious posts are to go unopposed', however, (especially when opposing viewpoints do not violate FC rules/policies/TOS).  Such 'counter-oppositional' posts as "calling-out" threads are not permitted by FC.

That's where you are wrong.  Those posts are not "contentious" to begin with and are allowed in this forum.  Those posts contain beliefs that many people hold true and dear to their hearts and want to share about with those who also share.  And that comment I just wrote does not mean that I'm implying that this forum is exclusive to believers - absolutely it is not.  So please do not throw that up to me again. I do not see the respect coming from you when you call them "contentious" when they are not.  You see them that way because they are obviously something you do not agree with.  That's fine - you don't agree and you have said why.  But to continue to make "contentious" remarks constantly to what you consider "contentious" posts, which are not, is not showing respect, nor following the kind of "golden rule" that has been described by Kohler.  People do indeed have feelings, and you have riled many people's feelings to the point of problems in these threads.  Everyone can enjoy a debate and discuss, and enjoy Off Topic posts, but not when ridiculed constantly. 

Just to reiterate, I was aiming my vent to Kohler, not to you, but thank you anyway.

I feel like the site needs to do more to kick off people who are rude on multiple occasions. I understand there are different opinions, but there is a right and a wrong way to say something. Theres that one guy, I don't know if hes still here or not, but he would go to every Christian post and say something rude just to try to get them off fusion cash. That guy should have been deleted a long time ago. Thanks for reading!
