where is your favorite vacation spot and why?

I just returned from the Canadian Rockies. What a fantastic trip. The scenery was absolutely spectacular and the Canadian people were very friendly and genuine. I know it's a once-in-a-lifetime trip and definitely one I will never forget.
I would have to say however, that my favorite place to vacation is in Florida one because it's warm and sunny most of the time and to because I have family to visit.

I don't have a regular vacation spot because I like to explore different places so I don't go to the same place twice.  One of the best vacations I've had was Boracay in the Philippines.  It's a tiny island.  It was such a nice relaxing vacation.  It was dirt cheap and they had great food.  I just enjoyed it very much.

I always love going to the beach, even for the day or weekend. I don't have to go for long, just get away whenever I can. I want to, in the future, be able to plan a long trip cross-country maybe or visit somewhere tropical or not, maybe out of the country but do something and go somewhere I've never been before

Of course Paradise Island is not bad either

my favorite vacation spot is home with nothing that has to be done. Just sit on the back porch and listen to the birds.

My favorite vacation spot is the beach at Long Beach Island, NJ. Have to get a 'beach fix' in as often as I can. Peaceful place to renew and re-group.

I don't really have a favorite vacation spot.  There are places I want to go where I haven't been yet, like Hawaii, Niagara Falls, and I think maybe Las Vegas.  I can do without Las Vegas tho.  There are copycats around I could visit if I wanted to go through with it.

I have been to some nice place, but I think I would actually like to go back to the Bahamas with the man I went with before.

I have to say that my favorite vacation spot (other than the cottage) is Quebec City - idk how many of you are from Canada but this city has a fabulous charm to it.  It might have something to do with its history or maybe its local shops or maybe its the old world feel.  I highly recommend it, at least once!

I love beach and humid weather so my favorite vacation spot is Florida beach area and Hawaii
