Paid videos

I keep clicking on the "daily videos" ($0.01-Wonka), but never seem to receive any credit....any thoughts? Thanks!

I sometimes have videos that just won't credit no matter how many times i watch it. My only suggestion is to maybe watch the video using a different web browser.

The browser very often makes a difference.  Which browser are you using.  Some members recommend IE or Google Chrome.  Firefox often works well but not always.

I too have had similar issues,and just recently one that took me to my facebook profile page. A bit weird. I did read in a different string that sometimes it is a matter of the browser one is using and that Internet Explorer may perform better for some of the videos. I have not tested it however, because I do not like IE and Microsoft products, they bring me too many corrupt files and viruses into my system. Hope this is helpful. Good luck. I figure for me, I will stick with trying them when they are available and see what happens, the payout is pretty low so it is not the end of the world, but sometimes the videos are cute and entertaining and they actually do make me think about the product in a new way.  If you do try the IE and still have problems I would say to shoot a tech trouble inquiry in and see if that can lend some guidance. I've tried the daily videos a few times but I've never had any luck with them. Maybe I'll try again using firefox.

could post a support ticket. it could be the browser you using. maybe change them?

same here. sometime i complete offers but did not get credit. really dont understand why this happens...

Today I am getting this message trying to watch the "Candyman" video:

Never no what your going to get these days. Always seems to work a little different.
