When someone signs up under you and confirms their email you get $1. When they complete their first offer you get another $2. Every time they cashout you get another $5.

Referrals are a big money maker for any site, there's definitely lots to be made. Sometimes it may be real hard for people to get refs, i only have 18 myself and only one of them is actually active. If you're able to get refs through facebook and twitter then good luck to you. The more refs, the more money you'll make.
