Do free Laptop tester survey really work?

I tried different free laptop surveys but never get anywhere with them.

Usually its cheaper to just to go buy a laptop.  You usually have to do the participation requirements that as it states some offers require credit card usuage.  So you will be using your money.  One of them even requires you to take out a loan.  So read the requirements very closely before you agree to anything on any offer.
