I really don't look at the food network that much, but I would say Paula Deen is the best one.

Bobby Flay!!! Whenever he's on Iron Chef the competing chef always challenges him, yet he always succeeds and defeats them with flying colors.  He is an amazing chef, very versatile, different flavors, great.  He owns a restaurant at a Mohegan Sun near where I live and I hope to visit it soon.

I like Guy Fiere the best. He has such a great personality and is fun(ny) to watch. I think that is why he does such a great job with Triple D. When he walks into the restaurant and is talking with the staff, they immediately warm up to him and so he's able to really talk about the food and what makes that restaurant special.

I also like Bobby Flay, although sometimes he seems a little too serious. Paula Dean is awesome -- warm and bubbly. She's like the mother / grandmother everyone want to have. Giada is fun to watch, but I'm prob'ly watching for the wrong reasons  ;) I also like Alton Brown; he's like the quirky food geek of the network. I see a lot of myself in him, expect my geekiness is centered around computers instead of food. Finally, Robert Irvine and Anne Burelle are a lot of fun, esp when they're competing against each other (eg in Chopped Champions and Worst Cook) I can't wait for Next Iron Chef where they will once again be against each other.

Rachel Ray...  what's not to like.  I am a guy so I like food.  I am a guy so I like Rachel Ray.  The conclusion is simple:  I am a guy so I like to see Rachel Ray make food.

I don't watch any of the programs on food network.  I like to eat and I like to cook, so don't know why I don't watch, unless it is more time spent on the t.v. set.

I love Paula Deen- I have always wanted to go to her restuarant in Savannah.

Last Oct, a group of us made a road trip to FL, and stopped in Savannah on the way. We were hoping we'd be able to get in, but I guess there's such a long waiting for dinner that we ended up going someplace else.  :crybaby2:
