nothing, you cant finish the offer, same thing happened to me.. although even if i coulda i wouldnt have entered to get text because those things charge you like 9.99 a month a lot of the time

I would think as long as your phone is blocked that you should not be charged the $9.99. Always read the fine print. Some of those offers if you look really hard, you can chose skip when they ask for a number. Best of luck

There are lots of other offers you can complete without cell phones! Good luck with that. But I have seen the more you complete the further you go and more options arise!
