I don't remember the details on this offer, but here is the hard evidence that it is possible. No credit card was required and I do not give out my cell number for any offer so I'm sure that was not required either. Hope that gives you a little hope! No, I've never been credited with this offer, no matter how many times I've tried to complete it.

Yes but it took like forever to complete. It took me like 40 minutes to complete the entire thing. Just got credited about an hour ago.
