not getting credit

Has any one got credit for the daily offers/surveys since 8-7-08 that is the last time I got credit for them and I have done about 4 surveys since then and not got the credit for the surveys.I contacted the admin and they told me if you don't get credit that there is nothing they can do.This was my best GPT site that that is slowly changing
