hello everyone! i am very very new to this site (like 2hrs old) and have been reading alot of the new and past forums. and find it all very interesting. i did have a couple of questions andif someone could help me answer them that would be great. first of all i read ina lod forum about putting dots in your gmail. well, what is gmail. and the second is, how long does it take to accumulate a somekind of $$$$ (like how much is the average for a week or a month) on this wbsite or the mechanical turk website.

Gmail is Google email system.

As for me, $25-$50, more or less, seems to be the monthly average. I'm not sure what you're asking beyond that.

As for Mechanical Turk, idk I've never done it.

so is it better to use gmail rather than your own e-mail? i know i probably sound niave when it comes to this kind of stuff, because i am. i am learning as i go. i have never even been to one of these sites before, i kind of come upon it by accident. so any help would not be turned down.
