For those who havent' recieved payment, did you get a confirmation of payment email already? I have read a few times there are certain guidelines you must follow and criteria to meet in order for your funds to be verified and recieve your payment. I guess if you submit for your payment and they haven't been met you won't get approved but if you have recieved that email saying payment on the way I am stumped

Yes FC is totally legit. I think making cashout every month is very possible. To make alot more than that is going to require making some purchases or getting some referrals.
